Our process is simple: We do what we say we will, we show up when we say we will, and complete when we say we will. That may sound basic but in the construction industry it is more rare than you would think.  

Detailed Estimates: We spend a tremendous amount of time and energy on an area where most other contractors fall short. Disputes regarding ‘what’s included’ and ‘what’s not included,’ as well as costs relating to work scope, are the leading issue between owners and general contractors. We understand  it is imperative for us to identify and include every detail of the project into the estimate. In doing so leaves no gray areas regarding costs, homeowners know exactly what they are getting and how much each scope of work costs. I have implemented this method since my first customer. This method has been the most effective practice in preventing disputes between the homeowner and us. In all of my years as a general contractor I can proudly say that we have never left any customer dissatisfied. 

Relationships: We have never left a project incomplete or had a homeowner who was less than thrilled with the finished product or their experiences with us. Communication is key, specifically listening. We want to know your vision, expectations, and timelines so we can fulfill your expectations. 

Pride: We enjoy what we are doing as well as the direction of our company, we are really good at this work and enjoy working with each other. A successful build out or remodel requires people who actually care about what they are doing and who they are doing it for, we get that.
