During the course of our renovation, which involved a remodeling of one floor, an entirely new second floor, and a new garage, we also found several pre-existing problems within our house that needed to be repaired or remedied. Where Sean distinguished himself is by coming up with creative resolutions to these problems and while limiting the additional costs. We were on a tight time frame and Sean and his hardworking crew worked six days a week to get us moved in on time. Even two years after our renovation was finished I can still follow up with Sean to ask him various questions about the house. Additionally, our neighbors had nothing but nice things to say about the various crew members, how accommodating they were to the neighbors and friendly to their children, and how they minimized the inconvenience to everyone around.”

He answers his phone and returns emails, even if he can’t until late at night. (He, in fact, just sent me an email (it’s 10:15 pm) saying that he spoke – unsolicited – to our painter, who is starting tomorrow, and invited the painter to contact him with any questions about the work that had been done.)
